Hi,
When syncing with Exalate between Jira Data Center and Azure DevOps is there a way to automatically reference the pull request as a review artifact within the Jira issue?

At the moment it is currently not supported, but you could potentially use the HttpClient to make any REST API call from within the Exalate scripts. Here is a documentation link with additional information about this topic: How to make any Jira Cloud REST API call with the Jira Cloud HTTP client
