Problem with "mapping for `com.exalate.basic.domain.hubobject.v1.BasicHubOption@25a059"`

Hello,

I have set up new connection between 2 internal JIRa clouds projects and after try to synchronize first ticket, system shows this errors:

Missing mapping. Please add mapping for `com.exalate.basic.domain.hubobject.v1.BasicHubOption@bd82a0f5`.

The mark of exclamation is vissible by “Status” rule. Workflows are the same in both projects. Do you have any idea where the problem is?

I have changed the setup in detail od STATUS synchronization from "REPORT AN ERROR "to DO NOTHING (see attached picture). And the following synchronization (creation of new ticket in B project) was successful. But the following error appeared “ Failing to transition because the transition found by algorithm `Stop Progress` is no longer available for current step `In Progress` (3) Please contact Exalate Support Available transitions: `Block`, `Resolve Issue`” …That means in the B project failed the transition from OPEN status to IN PROGRESS status.

The same problem I have found here … How to fix a transition error (old community) . The first recommended fix didnt help (the worklow scheme and the workflows between project are the same, the issue types are the same).

The problem was in Conditions setting inside transitions … after removing “Only the assignee of the issue can execute this transition” the transition provided from exalate started to work.
