We use exalate to send tickets (Zendesk) to our IT department. The customer details shouldn’t be fully synced, however they do need the customer’s mail address.
Currently we add it in a comment, but we’d like to have the mail address in a ticket field.
Is it possible to populate a Text Field in Zendesk?
