I am trying to sync an Issue from Jira to Zendesk but the author of the description in Zendesk is already set to the proxy user.
Is there a way to impersonate the description author from Jira or just impersonate the reporter of the Jira ticket and set that as the user.
I am able to impersonate the comments in Zendesk, but unable to do the same with description.
Any thoughts?
