Is there any way we can impersonate the Proxy User on Jira Cloud? To give you some context the customer is trying to sync Epics in Jira and they have made some changes to the workflow that only the Project Administrators can create Epics. So whenever they try to sync Epics using Exalate they are getting errors. (The sync works like a charm for all the other issue types). Is there any way we can somehow not use Exalate user for this or create an Exception using permissions so that we can include the Exalate App user as well for this?
