Hi,
We have changed our Jira server Destination Instance URL.
Destination Instance URL has changed correctly and new issues are synchronized to the new URL. However, issues that have already been synced refer to the old URL. How can we change URLs in issues that are already synced?
To change the URL’s in the issues that are already synced to the old URL, please update the issues in your Jira in any way, and they will sync to the new URL.
Please note, that Administrators can not change destination URL on Jira Cloud, Zendesk, Azure DevOps (Cloud), ServiceNow (Cloud) and GitHub (Cloud). In this case please request destination URL change from Exalate support team.
