GraphQL 404 error in our GitHub → Azure DevOps Exalate connection

We’re experiencing a GraphQL 404 error in our GitHub → Azure DevOps Exalate connection.

GitHub GraphQL failed with status 404: {“message”:“Not Found”,“documentation_url”:“https://docs.github.com/rest",“status”:"404”}

  • GitHub node: NES TECH · GitHub (Cloud)
  • Token has full scopes (repo, read:org, user, user:email) and no expiry
  • Error: “GitHub GraphQL failed with status 404”
  • We cannot access ‘Edit Authentication’ in the GitHub node UI

And if I do resolve and retry… the synkronization goes through?

But this is blocking..

But i would still like to see the whole error message , can you please share the node URL?

OK … everything was fine yesterday and now this error is coming up again… and nothing gets synked… hmmm I have not done anything with the code
I would really be glad for so help here :slight_smile:

Hi @dorafjol ,

Is the sync still blocked? I have tested the code and it works well, so I am assuming it could be something temporary with the Github API failing.

Can you please provide an update on what the situation is?
