Hello support,

We are getting an error from the remote (Jira to Jira) when we sync the issue there is no problem but when we add the internal note to the source issue the Exalate stop syncing and generate the following errors below.

Can we get help to find out what the custom field 10260 mean?

do we have a way to stop the sync for the existing custom field with the visual plan. i don’t want sync them if it causing an issue.

I’m using the visual mode to sync the issues from Instance A (JIRA) To instance B (Jira SM) it was working before , and Since yesterday i’m getting an issue replicated in all my connection:

I still don’t understand what I need to do to find this field (10260) and remove it in necessary
