Comments and attachments sync in Zendesk

We have the relationship in this connection as follows:

Zendesk ß------à Jira

Type -------------à Type

Subject ----------à Subject

Description ----à Description

Comments ß----à Comments

Attachments ß--à Attachments

So basically we need only the Comments and the Attachments to be transferred back from Jira, so Type, Subject and Description in Zendesk are not altered after the ticket was exalated (as we will do changes in Jira which we do not need transferred back).
