I can see that the AIDA did shared the response and hope, it will be helpful. Adding to that, we are currently performing the compatibility tests and validations for Jira 11.3.1 and if everything goes according to plan, then it is likely to be released by the end of this month.
For Jira D.C v11.3.2, it is expected to be in the March.
