If you are on Jira 8 - we are preparing a patch release (4.6.4) which might resolve this problem
It is related to handling the SLA’s

OK - then that’s something new. Can you send the exalate support zip from both ends to our support portal. This should not happen

The question was solved. For some reason, I didn’t have ‘Comment: For Customer’ as the Stop condition for this SLA metric.
