I’m trying to statically two user fields in ADO using Exalate, but they’re not working. Can you see anything missing here? The users exist in Jira, but it doesn’t seem to work when Jira issues are syncing back to ADO. Only seems to work when updates come from ADO. Any ideas?

AES_ONSITE.issue.customFields."Dev Owner"?.value = nodeHelper.getUserByEmail(NEW_PORTAL.issue.customFields."Dev Owner".value?.email)
