Issue synchronization fails after moving tickets to new sprint

Hello,

I need help with an issue in Exalate. I accidentally closed a sprint in Jira, but it wasn’t supposed to be closed yet. I created a new sprint and moved the issues from the previous sprint into this new one. However, Exalate is not synchronizing any of the issues and shows the following error: “Issue can be assigned only to active or future sprints.”

It seems like Exalate is still referencing the closed sprint instead of the new one. Could you please advise how to resolve this so that the issues are correctly synchronized in the new sprint? Thank you!

You can go to the target side and find the error. You can go to that error details and find the copy to clipboard option.
