How can we map sprint field value to a text field?

Any assistance on this will be much appreciated.

For a unidirectional sync:
1. We need to map Sprint field value (Source) to a Text field (Target)
2. We need to map any value picked for a CF (Source) to a default value (Target)

Please provide the instances for the Source and the Target and also let us know if you are using Scripted or Visual connection setup.
