Experiencing formatting issues in Jira-Azure sync- when the tickets are synched contents lose the bold, color, line breaks. Is it solvable?

Hi Riddhi,

This happens because of the format difference between the two instances. Jira Cloud sends data in Markdown and Azure DevOps sends data in HTML.
