Hi Team,
One of our team facing below issue.
The Digital Storefront / Website Consolidation program relies on the Jira Exalate integration for ticket synchronization between Jira boards. Currently, this integration is not functioning as expected.

When exalating tickets from the GSF Jira board to GWAMDSF, the process fails with an error.

When exalating tickets from GWAMDSF to GSF, the request does not complete and remains stuck in an “Waiting for Remote” state indefinitely.
This issue is preventing successful ticket sharing between the two Jira boards and is impacting the program’s workflow.
I have attached the error screenshots for your reference. Kindly check and resolve the issue.
