Hi Team,

One of our team facing below issue.

The Digital Storefront / Website Consolidation program relies on the Jira Exalate integration for ticket synchronization between Jira boards. Currently, this integration is not functioning as expected.

  • When exalating tickets from the GSF Jira board to GWAMDSF, the process fails with an error.

  • When exalating tickets from GWAMDSF to GSF, the request does not complete and remains stuck in an “Waiting for Remote” state indefinitely.

This issue is preventing successful ticket sharing between the two Jira boards and is impacting the program’s workflow.

I have attached the error screenshots for your reference. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

Apologies for the delayed response.

I noticed that this post has been posted for some time. Could you please confirm whether you are still experiencing the same behavior?

  • Sync from GSF to GWAMDSF fails with an error.
  • Sync from GWAMDSF to GSF remains in a “Waiting for Remote” state indefinitely.

If the issue is still occurring, I recommend creating a support ticket in our support portal with our team so we can investigate the problem in detail.
