The Beta version of our Improved Scripting Experience is now live for Jira Cloud, Zendesk, and Azure Exalate connectors. While we fine-tune the feature, please anticipate some hiccups. We value your understanding and greatly appreciate any feedback you can provide!
This feature allows Exalate admins to create new connections and adjust existing scripts faster and with cleaner code by reducing manual errors. You can optimize your configurations with new hints and helpers provided by the Exalate scripting engine.
The first step of this project was released. We have integrated a development environment into the Exalate Scripting Engine, so now you can benefit from IDE features like auto-complete, syntax highlight, code formatting, error highlight, and debugging.
The next step is the advanced contextual help for Exalate API and issue trackers: get auto-suggestions for nodeHelpers, syncHelpers, and other helper methods.
