Hello
We use Exalate between an Customer Jira and an Internal Jira.
Where we only sync from Customer Jira to the Internal Jira.
In the Internal Jira we have, in “Searches for Issues”, the possibility to add the “External Issue Key/Link” columns.
I do not remember how I enabled these Custom fields there.

It have a link to “custom filed”, https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19631148, but there I require to login, and we havent any user for that ?
How I have to to add these Custom fields in our Customer Jira ?
I tried to add them as Custom fields, as they are in the internal Jira, but the no values are populated in there … ? Even not after an re-index.
