Hello,
I am trying to log on for 1st time to exalate console (https://snownode-…) on my ServiceNow instance
and I cannot figure out what does it mean “Use the credentials from an administrator account in the issue tracker.”
When I use different admin accounts from my SN and also ExalateIntegration account, they are not working.
Please help.
