When setting a trigger from the Service now side. It looks like trigger when using it from connections area is adding a space in the box. I have to usually go to Trggers to add it rather than do it in the connections area. Just want to see if others are seeing this too?
Thanks for sharing your experience! Based on the available documentation, there isn’t a mention of a known bug where the trigger text box in the ServiceNow connection area adds an extra space, or any specific UI issue like the one you described. The docs outline the standard process for setting up connections and triggers, but they don’t reference this behavior.
Since you’re consistently seeing this and have found a workaround by adding triggers directly from the Triggers section, it could be a UI glitch or a browser-specific issue. I’d recommend:
- Double-checking if the issue persists across different browsers or after clearing your cache.
- If it does, consider reporting this directly to Exalate support with details about your browser, Exalate version, and steps to reproduce.

If others in the community are seeing the same thing, hopefully they’ll chime in too!
