Patch Released for ServiceNow on October 6th, 2025
In this release, we’ve resolved the following issue and implemented improvements related to SyncRoom:
Bug Fixes
- SYN-288- Fixed invitation acceptance workflow - resolved default sync rules applied incorrectly to invited connections.
Improvements
- SYN-319: Added connection name validation during setup to prevent duplicate or invalid connection names;
- SYN-287: Automated evaluation license generation during connection setup for smoother onboarding.
