Released for New Exalate on September 10, 2026
We’re introducing a new update for New Exalate with self-service unarchiving, smarter handling of unavailable instances, and a range of fixes improving stability and usability.
New Features
- Self-Service Unarchiving: Bring an archived instance back online yourself with the new “Request unarchive” action, and follow its progress until the instance is active again — no need to contact support.
Improvements
- Archived instances are now detected automatically, and actions that cannot run on them are disabled with a short explanation instead of failing or loading indefinitely.
- Connections without a recorded authentication method now show an “Authenticated” label instead of “Configured”.
- Security patches.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed multiple actions failing when a network contains an archived or unreachable instance, including triggers, the item sync monitor, test runs, and exporting synced pairs.
- Fixed an immediately cancelled subscription showing as “Cancelled” in the interface while it remained active.
- Fixed the layout of the “Unarchive requested” notification.
- Various other bug fixes and stability improvements.
