Hello, I'm still earning Exalate and curious if there's a way to sync Salesforce records to existing ADO items via a trigger? We have items that get created in ADO prior to the record in Salesforce, and would like to be able to sync the record in Salesforce to the existing ADO item. Any suggestions on how to do this would be helpful.

Could you please share one example how this would look like after synchronisation?
Do you want to synchronise Salesforce record data to any field in the ADO - Workitem?
Or do you want to connect Salesforce ticket with Workitem that is mentioned in the Salesforce record?
