So we create a ticket in JSM and we 'exalate' this to a FOCUS ticket in Jira. The Focus ticket will create a SECN ticket (not a subtask, but linked) and the SECN ticket will create a CORE ticket (ditto). I.e
Do you have recommendations on how we can communicate comments from the SECN and CORE tickets? I am looking into sending comments between these and comments received by FOCUS could be sent to JSM where the agents can filter and send to the end user.
