Recently we are facing the issue that some of the custom fields coming from the source JIRA are not visible on the destination JIRA ticket, those fields are present on the create screen and as well on view screen and also remote issue tab we can see those fields are coming from source JIRA with correct values but on ticket it is not visible.

      Most probably they are not visible because they are empty. Try to check in the "Admin→Where is my field":

      This form should definitely tell you why you don't see your fields.
