Trigger Exalate through Rest API

Hello,


I am implementing Cucumber tests to check the Jira workflows of 2 Jira instances every time something changes.

For the completion of the tests I need to trigger exalate to synchronize the issues between the 2 Jira Instances.

Does Exalate provide a Rest API to communicate with and where can we find the documentation for it.

If no API is available, is there any other solution to call exalate from the Cucumber tests.
