Yes, it is possible if you you add "Tag" value (equivalent to "Label" in Jira) in ZenDesk and use it to synchronise with Jira (bi-directional).

i have a check box field in ZD "Jira Ticket".
For any incoming, i need to have the "Jira Ticket" to be checked.
what should i add in the script?
