We are using dockerized Jira and Exalate

We have recently upgraded our Jira server to version 8.8.1

I am trying to install Exalate version 5.0.3-j8 on that platform. The installation process seems to run fine.

However I have noticed a few issues

The Exalate Sub-Menu in the left Panel (when one clicks on Add ons administration) contains only two items:

  • Registration
  • Getting started

both of them display empty pages.

Most importantly, there is no "General settings" menu item. So I cannot enter a proxy user and therefore I cannot create a new connection to another Jira server for example.

I tried everything I could though of to solve that issue without any success.

Additional information:

I have configured a volume in read/write modus to persist the installed plugins datas outside of the container:

It looks like the following:

"./jira/Volumes/var/atlassian/application-data/jira/installed-plugins:/var/atlassian/application-data/jira/plugins/installed-plugins:rw"

Any idea about this issue?
