Hello,


I have about 25 tickets that have the error "Unexpected error occurred. Generate an exalate support.zip file and contact support."  Usually when I see this error itself resolves, but in this case even after retrying a sync I get the same failure.


I also cannot generate a zip file as I am getting an error.  Has anyone seen a major drop in Exalate's stability in the past month or 2?  There was an outage that lasted several days a few weeks back, now I have 2 dozen tickets with sync errors that in my experience is an error that is coming from a problem on the host side.

    We have had a number of instabilities, but measures have been taken to tackle these (mainly expanded the resources).

    Can you raise a ticket on our portal so we can see where these errors come from

    Can you share the integration systems you're using?

      Jira Service Desk 2 Jira Service Desk.  Same account which is licensed.

    2. Hernan Montes

      Is this On-Prem? - if so, are you able to access the server that hosts Jira, or ask for files from the server?
