What about connection. I need install on-premise Jira on new server (new windows version) , DB will be the same, connection will be restored or I would have to make new invitation?

Can you give me the best practice solution how to recreate exalate connection between on-premise and cloud version?
We need to upgrade JIRA (server version) to new server and we need to stop synchro on old server and recreate it in new one.
2. node is JIRA cloud version.
