Hey Bert Vandamme
I recommend you check these two docs:- Syncing work items with a parent link in Exalate for Azure DevOps
- How to synchronize tasks and subtasks
Let me know if this helps,

Hi Jose Lobo ,
Thx for your reply, but I'm assuming this only applies when using a complete scripted sync (with incoming and outgoing script separation). Our current setup is using visual mode with scripted rules when needed.
Is that also possible?
Thx,
Bert

Hey Bert Vandamme ,
Thank you for clarifying this.
Have you checked this community post? > How to sync epics, stories and subtasks using a visual mode connectionIt was made for Jira <> Jira Visual Mode, but it can be referenced for other supported products like Azure Devops.

What is the best approach for successfully syncing the dependencies between issues. Keeping the link between epics and their stories with their tasks and subtasks. (Bidirectionally between jira and azure devops)
