# When publishing new rules (Jira Cloud) it keeps showing the spinner and can't publish anything anymore

We added some rules on the connection sync setting. When pressing publish a message ‘something went wrong’ showed up and now it keeps saying ‘synchronizing’ for 2 hours already and can’t stop or publish anything new…
Help?
