I’ve set up a Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud sync which worked at one time (and still works with the original mappings I had set up.

However, I am adding/publishing Outgoing sync processor field mappings, but it doesn’t look like the added field data is showing in the Target instance Replica data.

What could be the problem?

Where are you applying the outgoing sync processor changes?
