Hi! I’m having trouble getting the add-on to copy an issue over to another project. I’ve added a post function in the workflow in the origin project behind the issue type we want to move over and have set a trigger in Exalate with JQL, but the issue never makes a copy in the target project, even after running the transition with the post function behind it. We’re thinking maybe we have to set the destination project in the sync rules, but we’re a little confused on how to do that. Would any one be able to assist us with that?

Can you describe the setup in terms of instances, connections that you have set up
do you see synchronisation transactions occurring
are there any errors that popup in the error list,
