I am asking the same question as [Could not perform multiple transitions using “workflowHelper”](https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__community.exalate.com_questions_3704191_could-2Dnot-2Dperform-2Dmultiple-2Dtransitions-2Dusing-2Dworkflowhelper&d=DwMFaQ&c=Yd6fwksshA3zI-LNKA26tw&r=gjhdKxFngnWdsAsIwbae_N4iPdr2rSRh_WC4gG-WFC0&m=R6DkpfhPtA1oJN3yZ-m6AJJMQ4rB3iqtXq8wPBeur7c&s=OOUJiE_RyzHA0XXBCDboPVNYoGz_O670cuxF0OV1GmI&e=) for Jira Cloud, however the answer with the doc [https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/Status+synchronization+on+Jira+cloud+with+multiple+transitions+on+a+single+sync](https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.idalko.com_exalate_display_ED_Status-2Bsynchronization-2Bon-2BJira-2Bcloud-2Bwith-2Bmultiple-2Btransitions-2Bon-2Ba-2Bsingle-2Bsync&d=DwMFaQ&c=Yd6fwksshA3zI-LNKA26tw&r=gjhdKxFngnWdsAsIwbae_N4iPdr2rSRh_WC4gG-WFC0&m=R6DkpfhPtA1oJN3yZ-m6AJJMQ4rB3iqtXq8wPBeur7c&s=X9kiUmS0k61AUIkihLlwPxp_FUXxXCll3g_CM8bMkF4&e=) mentioned from a reply is no longer available to access, it requires an account to view but my community don’t allow me to access.

Can anyone help on it?

Hi!

This is the current URL for status sync on Jira Cloud: [https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19631067](https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19631067)

workflowHelper only allows to do a single transition per sync, if you want many transition, you would set the status directly using

```auto
issue.setStatus("Status Name")
```
