No Space left on device

We are in the middle of a migration from one cloud instance to another.

The migration has being blocked during the last week because of the following error: “IO operation was stopped unexpectedly after 0 bytes because of java.nio.file.FileSystemException: /opt/jcloudnode/data/event-36509-blob-186954: No space left on device”

Wondering if anyone has seen this issue in the past and how it was resolved ?

Hi Saskia,

Thank you for your quick reply. Perhaps you can reply on the support ticket which was submitted over a week ago (EASE-25887).

Despite numerous messages from us we have not had a response on that ticket in 6 days.

We added more resources on Friday but the issue persists.

Can you check the internal EASE that our engineer responded to yesterday? We have a suspicion on the reason why.
