No issue link type with name 'Problem/Incident' found

Hi,

No issue link type with name ‘Problem/Incident’ found

I am getting the error above and do not understand what the error is trying to tell me. It is only occurring for one issue.

In the source system the issue being exalated is a Task, and it has one linked issue, that is also a task. The linked issue was previously exalated to the target system successfully.
