Hi,
We have the following use case. Jira server behind proxy needs to sync with Jira cloud.
We need to sync Summary and Description only.
I have configured the connection and the triggers but the sync stays in the Queue and nothing gets updated on the destination. Also no errors are showing and the connection is “Pending”
I need help to troubleshoot this connection.
Also, on the server side I see the license mention: Next synchronizations available on the following day which doesnt work for us.

Hello Mervyn Nobin ,
Could you please contact your DevOps or Network administrators to verify if the “tunnels”/ports needed by Exalate for synchronisation are open between your Jira Server and Jira Cloud.

On the other hand, it might be also cause by SSL certificate.
