# How to sync the values of an encryption custom field

Hi, we are currently using this plugin [https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215791/encryption-for-jira](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215791/encryption-for-jira "Follow link") to secure some data in our instance. We need to synchronise some crypted custom field in another instance, we have tried some basic synchronisation rules like we do with text field but it doesn’t work, the value synchronised is the value crypted in the database.  
The field name is : Test\_cryptage\_ALM\_Construc

Can you help us to achieve this kind of synchronisation?
