Hello, I’m still earning Exalate and curious if there’s a way to sync Salesforce records to existing ADO items via a trigger? We have items that get created in ADO prior to the record in Salesforce, and would like to be able to sync the record in Salesforce to the existing ADO item. Any suggestions on how to do this would be helpful.

Sure, I’m looking for the latter. Sync the ticket to the Work Item on the Salesforce record!
