# GraphQL 404 error in our GitHub → Azure DevOps Exalate connection

We’re experiencing a GraphQL 404 error in our GitHub → Azure DevOps Exalate connection.

**GitHub GraphQL failed with status 404: {“message”:“Not Found”,“documentation\_url”:“[https://docs.github.com/rest",“status”:"404](https://docs.github.com/rest%22,%22status%22:%22404)”}**

- GitHub node: [NES TECH · GitHub](http://github.com/NESTechnology) (Cloud)
- Token has full scopes (repo, read:org, user, user:email) and no expiry
- Error: “GitHub GraphQL failed with status 404”
- We cannot access ‘Edit Authentication’ in the GitHub node UI

And if I do resolve and retry… the synkronization goes through?

But this is blocking..

OK … everything was fine yesterday and now this error is coming up again… and nothing gets synked… hmmm I have not done anything with the code  
I would really be glad for so help here 🙂

Hi @dorafjol ,

Is the sync still blocked? I have tested the code and it works well, so I am assuming it could be something temporary with the Github API failing.

Can you please provide an update on what the situation is?
