Comment update from Jira to Salesforce not working

When I update a comment in Jira, I expect the comment to be updated in Salesforce as well, but even though I can see the update in the Sync Entity View, the comment in the Salesforce feed remains the same

I’ve validated that the Exalate Integration user can update a comment. And also that Feed Tracking is enabled for Case objects.

Sorry for late reply. I tested and default script is working as expected (even without my additional script which i provided you)

So there is something wrong going on in your environment. I would suggest lets continue this on support ticket(which you already have) now because we may need to analyse the logs.

Please provide your Jira version.

Looks to have been resolved. Tests this morning have comment updates going through. Cheers
