Hi

we have this case: we want to synchronize sub-tasks when task is synchronized for jira on-promise i found this article but it’s about jira cloud Syncing subtasks automatically after syncing parent task (Jira Cloud)

have you please any suggestion for Jira on-promise

I tested this method but it’s not what i expect

this method is about synchronizing separately task and subtasks

what i expect is to synchronize automatically sub-tasks when parent task is exalated
