We have recently installed the exalate extension to use with synchronizing tickets between Atlassian and Azure Devops. 


When opening the exalate extension in azure devops  we just get a white screen, according to the error in the console this is due to a CORB issue. Could this be looked into and let us know how to resolve it.


I think I read of the forum that the its possible out account has been archived, if so could it be reactivated?
