How t update License Key in Salesforce? App no longer visible when expired.

Hello, our license key needs to be updated in Salesforce for Exalate. My CS Manager just sent me a link and said update it in SF...? That would be great if I could access it. When the app shows expired it's no longer in SF. How do you update it once they're expired?
