I need to only sync the resolution comment from JIRA to Zendesk but I can't find a way to do that.

      Dear Davdi


      May I please suggest that you add this line in the outgoing sync in Jira.

      replica.resolution = issue.resolution


      When checking the replica, which you do when you surf to Entity Sync Status you can enter a key of a ticket in sync and this will give you more information about the sync.


      The only remaining part is to assign the value in Zendesk.


      issue.customFields."CF Name".value = replica.resolution.name
