Currently we are using exalate for the sync between JSM and Jira.
We have multiple connections and we using using script for the sync. If we want to add one extra field or remove one field from the sync, we need to go for each connection and update the script. It is becoming tedious.
Is our approach correct or is there any alternate to this activity in simple/easy manner.
