Sure - Exalate is compatible with all editions of Jira, from Jira 6.3 and higher.
The pre-requisites requires you to deploy the add-on on both sides of the integration, and configure a connection which specifies what and how information needs to be exchanged between the two instances.
An example of such configuration can be found in 'Bidirectional sync: ServiceDesk-Development'
The pricing is published on the marketplace at Pricing for Exalate Issue Sync

We are currently using Jira sync plugin, to synchronize two different Jira instances (client and vendor).
Can we use this plug in to integrate / synchronize Jira (on one instance – vendor side) to Jira Service Desk (on another instance – Client side)?
If yes, Could you share more details of the costs and pre-requisites for this integration if any.
