I’m trying to map my Zendesk’s instance “organization_id” field (which is a number value, such as 360236541958 with an existing “Tempo Account” value.
I only managed so far to add to the outgoing Zendesk replica the field.
But on Jira side, I don’t know how exactly can I add an Issues’Tempo Account field. Also I don’t know how much to do with Exalate Groovyscript logic and how much to delegate into Jira’s Automation.

I do not want to sync into Jira Tempo Customer. I want to sync into Jira Service Management's Customer
They are not the same on the Jira side.
Please advise on how can we proceed on this. Thank you
