I create script for sync Epic Status following :
https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/How+to+sync+epics+in+Jira+on-premise
https://docs.idalko.com/exalate/display/ED/How+to+sync+epics+in+Jira+Cloud
Add Epic.groovy in JIRA_HOME on On-premise
Outgoing add this statement at last line (Jira Cloud)
... // last line Epic.send()
Incoming (On-premise)
... if(firstSync){ if (replica.type?.name == "Epic") { def epicStatusValue = replica.customFields."Epic Status".value.value issue.customFields."Epic Status".value = nodeHelper.getOption(issue, "Epic Status", epicStatusValue) } } ... // Last Line Epic.receive()
Expected :
Epic Status value must be sync correct.
Actual :
Epic status is None
